Eddie detailed my car back in late September. I paid $470 for a full interior and exterior detail, including engine bay cleaning and 1-step paint correction. Extremely disappointed to say the least. As a car enthusiast, I DO NOT recommend any other car enthusiasts to take your cars here for detailing. As you can see in the pictures I provided, this is the result you will get when you come to pickup your car after several days. I want to share that after pointing out numerous mistakes and missed spots, Eddie was reluctant to admit his shortcomings and low quality of work. He tried to “fix” everything when I arrived to pickup my car, which required me to wait an additional 2 hours before I gave up on speaking with him about my dissatisfaction. No compromise, no justification, nothing. When it came time to pay, they charge an abnormal fee to use a credit/debit card and asked for cash only. On top of that, they don’t provide itemized receipts or any type of receipt in general. I had to request one and was told to “wait 15 minutes while I figure out how to make an itemized invoice.” After 20 minutes, Eddie’s assistant couldn’t figure it out and told me it would be sent by the end of the day. This business is poorly run and produces poor results thus, explains its declining customer base and the reasoning for resorting to tax fraud with undocumented cash only transactions. 0/10, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.

Brought my 2024 Subaru Impreza RS in and overall a 10/10 experience. Hadn’t had a interior clean for around a year and a half. Called for an appointment for an interior cleaning on Monday and got in early Tuesday. They walked me through exactly what would be done to the car and were very helpful to any questions i had. Got the car back around 5 hours later and it was looking and smelling brand new. I had a big coffee stain on my speaker in the back seat and they got it right out without damaging the speaker! Highly reccomend Alex’s! (Included some before and afters)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eddie, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Eddie is truly passionate about detailing cars and took the time to fully explain all of the different service options to me. My vehicle looked absolutely immaculate after his meticulous care. The attention to detail and commitment to quality is evident in every aspect of his service. If you’re looking for someone who combines expertise with a genuine love for cars, Eddie is your guy.
