Axis Custom Coatings

This is my first experience with both Axis and a powder coating job. I found Axis rather by accident through the Prismatic Powders site while shopping colors and am I ever glad that I did. I hold my breath sometimes in dealing with things like this because too many businesses thumb their noses at smallish or consumer level work. Not these folks. They started on the right foot when I received an actual phone call, on a Friday evening, about 30 minutes after I hit send on my e-mail inquiry. I was impressed with the expertise and enthusiasm for the project. I felt very comfortable pursuing my plan. From the minute I walked through the door the following Monday morning I was treated exceptionally well and left with the greatest confidence that I would end up with great results. Today, Friday, four days after I dropped the wheels to them, I received another friendly call that they were complete and ready for pickup. Again on arrival today they made me feel like I was their best customer. Friendly, accommodating and called me by name. Just top notch. And the wheels? Perfect. The pics don't fully capture the detail and depth of the sparkle but they are easily as good or better than factory. Thank you. All I can say is that for any job, larger or small, powder coating, sandblasting, stripping, fabricating, welding, refinishing they will be my first call. Looking forward to the next project.

I was lucky enough to come across Axis Custom Coating when I was looking for a company to powder coat a clip for my Delorean. I emailed Justin on Sunday and received a reply Monday morning. I brought the part Monday afternoon and had the completed part in my hand by Thursday. The customer service is unbelievable. Justin showed me my options and we decided on a flat black for the clip. I also saw other jobs that they are working on in the shop and was extremely impressed at the quality and attention to detail. I highly recommend them!!!

I can’t say enough about the quality, attention to detail and personal ownership that Justin and his staff have shown. I had them do a set of wheels for my car and then came back ready to take my bike to the next level. Not only are they open to custom projects, the quality is top notch and the turn-around is completely reasonable if not faster than expected. I’ve already received countless compliments on both. 10/10 would recommend.
