The product he ordered for me was perfect and shipped from the manufacturer and perfectly boxed with absolutely no damage. He kept me informed of the timeline and shipping. I sent Custom Concepts an old pair of Chrysler performance headers. Got them back they look like new! The finish is very durable also makes a big difference on underhood temperatures. Curt was very good about answering questions and returning phone calls.
