A little back story….so due to Hurricane Beryl, our vehicle got some water in it. Just enough to completely soak our floor. We panicked and just knew our car was going to be totaled. After further inspection it was just the floor that got wet. So we looked around to get the carpet water extracted then shampooed. We found D3 Auto, Dario was was very thorough on explaining what they were going to do to fix our issue, as well as going above and beyond from what other companies were telling us what they do to fix it. Other companies wanted to just shampoo and water extract our carpets on the top-side only without mentioning the under padding needed to be cleaned and dry completely before giving us the car back. This would’ve created an endless nightmare as the car would’ve kept having a moldy smell. Dario immediately reassured me by saying they’re going to completely take everything out of the car to let everything dry completely before even giving us the vehicle back. Right then and there I knew he knew what he was talking about. The rest is history. Our car is dry, everything was back the way it was suppose to be as if nothing happened, and our car is back to smelling like a new car. Absolutely such a smooth transition, thanks D3 Auto, I definitely recommend!
