I do not recommend this business at all. To start off for someone that prides himself on being prior military and a family man, his actions do not reflect such due to conning people out of money. Initially looking at the vehicle after the detail it looked nice until I took a closer look. The interior looked to be only vacuumed and one major spot was cleaned. The dash and other surfaces seem to be coated with armour all making them slick and shiny. Inside of the doors and consoles were not cleaned at all and the trunk area was not shampooed. The exterior still has road contaminants on it and the inside of my drivers window still has hairspray. After talking to Mark he stated they could fix the issues after I asked for a partial refund. I believe it should’ve been done right the first time so therefore just looking to pay exactly for what I received which was not $260 worth of work. Mark claims the detail took 4.5 hours which is false. I dropped the vehicle off shortly after 8am and he called at 10:47am claiming it was complete. I sent his multiple pictures just to show a bit of what I was saying that was missed and he blames it on human error and having an off day. Towards the end of the phone call he was saying he talked to the president and Vice President of ReconTech and that they “back” him on his work. He’s refusing to give me any sort of refund and just wants a chance to fix it. T

As a fairly picky guy with my car, I can comfortably recommend Auto Detail by Zman. I had a 4 year ceramic coating done with interior detail and exhaust tip cleaning. The paint looks better than the day I bought it (i80 rock chips aside!), the interior is spotless, and he restored the chrome on my exhaust tips from a dull state that I wasnt even sure was fixable. Their prices were beyond reasonable, more than competitive for the area. Mark was great to work with and it was abundantly clear the care he puts into customer service and making sure his customers leave happy.

what an amazing job Mark did on my 2006 PT cruiser convertible. My headlights are beautiful shiny clear again the car has a mirror surface and looks beautiful and clean inside. Highly recommend if you need your car detailed to give Mark a call!
