Excellent results and great customer service!! I did a lot of online research on ceramic coatings and learned the do’s and don’ts about applying it as a DIY. Realizing I couldn’t do it myself, I decided to have Diamond Auto Detailing do the work. I reached out to Diamond Auto Detailing via Facebook and received a reply back from Ryan within minutes. Ryan explained, in detail, what they do and what products they use. Liking what he had to say, I decided to physically checkout their shop and show them my car to get a quote. Ryan’s crew looked over my car and explained what needed to be done and showed me some examples of the vehicles they already serviced. Impressed with their work, I put down the $100 scheduling fee. The following week, they completed the work and the results were incredible! All the surface swirl scratches were gone! The shine was quite literally like looking into a mirror. In addition to the ceramic coating, I also had them remove my front-end 3M clear bra. I was beyond happy with the results! Washing my car is now a breeze. Bug guts and normal road grim comes right off with just the hose and no scrubbing. Only one caveat to what Diamond Auto Detailing can do in reference to paint nick and chips. They can touch up nicks and chips but you need to manage your expectations if you decide on this service. Diamond Auto Detailing is a ‘detailing” shop and not a paint or body shop. Diamond Auto Detailing was able to purchase the matching paint for the chips I wanted touched up and did an excellent job coloring in and leveling the ceramic coating for the chips. The chips do not standout like they used to. The chips are still there, and this is where the managing of expectations comes into play. To truly get rid of the chips, I will need an auto body shop to fill in and correct. I am extremely happy with my invest into Diamond Auto Detailing and highly recommend their services.

Worked me in his schedule wonderfully! Timing, knowledge of product and services, care for my truck were all outstanding. I have a wrap on my truck and they knew how to clean,coat,and protect it to keep my investment shining! The owner went above and beyond what I thought I was going to have completed. Because of this I hand out his business cards without reserve! I will absolutely return for my business truck and personal vehicles! The money is worth it!

The service was awesome not to mention the finished product of my suv. I could not believe how truly beautiful it was. My husband was floored with the outcome of the ceramic finish. We were just calling around trying to find someone to do a really nice wash and detailing on our new vehicle. We called Diamond auto detailing and spoke with Ryan the owner. He told us he could see us right way. It was not at all what we were looking for at first. We just wanted a car wash. We were so impressed with Ryan and a beautiful glossy truck that was sitting at the business when we drove up, that the first words out of my mouth were "Now that's what I call a truck it must be the owner" Once we got inside we found out that the beautiful glossy truck was a customer and had the finish for eight years! I told him how beautiful I thought it was and, that it must have belonged to the owner, to look, that good. He said that he was waiting to get it washed... Get it washed! was both mine and my husband words. Needless to say that the car wash was quickly replaced with a request for ceramic coating. We absolutely love it! So glad we didn't go with that dealer and what they offered.
