My experience here was the best as a first timer dealing with auto collision. I had to get the door replaced completely but they made the process easy, fast, and completed it in a timely manner. They also communicate with you very well throughout the process. Tony explained everything and made it all understandable! 100% recommend this shop.

As a customer I felt completely heard and all my questions were answered. I’m very happy and content with the service that was provided for my vehicle. It was not much damage but as a person that works very hard to have what I have and take care of my vehicles, I was very impressed with the work Empire did. Will definitely come back to this place as I trust that my vehicles will be in good hands. Frank and Mari are on top of their stuff, they communicate everything and very promptly too.
