John and his staff provided an amazing experience from start to finish. From the first phone call, John took the time to throughly explain the ceramic coating process and what I should expect. I had a brand new Honda Odyssey and it came out looking significantly better than the day it rolled off the lot. Their pricing is very fair and the work was better than any detail I’ve had in the past. Thank you!!
We were looking for a top of the line detail shop to do an interior and exterior full service detail on our brand new 2023 Genesis G70. We wanted the best ceramic finish available along with the interior treatments. Well, we found it with Fine Touch Detail! We researched a ton and found this shop in the top 5 in our area. We looked at shop information, videos and stills. We were sold. Our entire experience with them was flawless, from our first meeting to getting the car back on schedule. Mind blown! The attention to detail was phenomenal and far exceeded our expectations. I don't usually say this, but their customer service was outstanding. They are now our go to shop for any future detailing needs. Would give them a 15 out of 10 if I could. If you're in the market for a better than best detailer, these are your guys. Wow. I started looking around getting quotes to paint correct and polish my truck as I received many quotes any where from $550 for a stage 3 paint correction to a $1500 ceramic coat. I called John over here at fine touch and was impressed with the large amount of positive 5 star reviews and after speaking with him I was willing to pay a little bit more for quality work and peace of mind but more importantly he didn’t shove anything down my throat. He simply asked what my plans were for the truck and only was going to offer things that would benefit me now and the long run. I ended up getting the work done by Taylor who did an amazing job and I couldn’t be more happier. If you want good service and quality work I highly recommend coming here, great job and Thank you.
