Fresh Layer Mobile Detailing

I booked a ‘Complete Mobile Detailing Package’ with an add-on Mobile Headlight Restoration for my nieces 2010 Toyota Camry as a surprise for them. Joel came out for the job, very professional and prompt. He did a very good job, there were a couple of things I pointed out to him and he addressed them. When you book and pay for a ‘Complete Mobile Detailing Package’ (it wasn’t cheap) I have these certain assumptions and that’s where I get in trouble. I know it’s not listed on the description, the closest thing listed was ‘door jam cleaning’ but apparently cleaning underneath the hood is not included. I’m not talking about the actual engine parts but cleaning/removing dirt from sides of hood, hood jam, etc. All the doors, trunk and even the gas tank area were cleaned. Even when I take my car to one of those drive through car wash and purchase a detail package, the underneath of the hood is always cleaned. Imagine my surprise when I found out it wasn’t included in this package. For the price of the service I can only rate my experience 3.5 stars.

Incredible job by these guys, Jason was great. I’d lost my dog a year and a half before and couldn’t find it within myself to clean the Jeep but knew it needed it. They made the Jeep almost brand new again

This was my first time using Fresh Layer Mobile Detailing. Alex was nice enough to patiently answer my questions so that I could confidently choose the package that best suit my needs/expectations. Jason came out and completed the detail. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He detailed my 2000 Mustang GT. I tend to keep it clean, but of course not this clean 😊 What I noticed the most after the detail was the feel of the paint and my beautiful and shiny Rims. I plan to use them again. I finally drove my car two days after the detail. Moments after my first stop I was approached by a guy who was very complimentary of my car. He said if I ever plan to sell it he’d love to buy it. Thanks Fresh Layer for helping me keep her so pretty!
