GDG Detailing, Ceramic Coating & Tint

Decided to get a good deep clean spur of the moment with someone. I wish I had not chosen here. Dropped the car off same day, told me it would be 4 hours give more than take. That’s fine. After 4 hours in trying to arrange my transportation, I reached out on an update and was told my car was ready. Upon arriving, they were actively still working, at first I thought final touches no big deal. Wrong. Lots of wrong happened. The car and my possessions weren’t close to being done. Mats weren’t dry, the front mats are so dressed it’s not safe, the back one is wet. My dash cam was not put in as well as a few other things were not returned. Upon trying to leave, they left a drying towel on my hood. The interior work was poor and things listed that were included in the package I paid for weren’t done. Customer service experience was poor. I reached out and gave them the opportunity to make it right and had every intention in doing that, despite the fact it is more a waste of my time; until it rained. The ceramic coating he used was either not done well or really cheap. After realizing this could cause possible damage to my paint, I had to take it in somewhere else to get fixed. More money spent. Horrible work and customer service. Edit: as I stated at the end since the owner apparently didn’t read that bit, I had every intention of letting them make it right until I realized the the “3 month ceramic coating” is grainy, bubbling and an awful job. Why would I want this business touching my vehicle again? Shame on a business to claim woe is me after I paid for something that wasn’t finished and not good work.

I came to Go Detailer Go when a rotten watermelon had exploded in the trunk of my SUV. (Thanks HEB!) Though I had cleaned it as best as I could, the rank smell of rotting watermelon persisted. Go Detailer got me in as soon as possible. His mission: search and destroy all remaining watermelon. This man spent like 8 hours on my car. He pulled back carpets in the car and got in every nook and cranny to remove all trace of watermelon. In addition the rest of the car was cleaned perfectly. He really did get all the little dust and tiny dirt specks stuck to the flooring. My car is SO CLEAN. He was so nice and friendly. Mike was easy to communicate with via text messaging. Will definitely be back. Thanks Mike!

Guys.. Mike is AWESOME and has such good vibes! You can just tell this man genuinely cares, loves what he does, and loves making clients happy. I brought my car over after not having it detailed since buying back in 2015. Was lookin really rough, grimey carpeting, started to smell odd, and to top it off, my little back compartment under the carpet basically had a small lake inside of it after it got some water damage from leaving a window open overnight on accident AND there was rust damage as well. When I got my baby back and the moment I saw her again after some MAJOR TLC inside and out, I am not exaggerating when I say I loudly and audibly GASPED. My mind was blown, and I wanted to cry I was so damn happy with his work. Despite that little back compartment having all the water and rust it had, AND it being a big job in itself, Mike made her look and smell pretty much brand new!! I also really appreciate his attention to detail and making sure he took his time rather than rushing the job, so it never felt like the money was all he cared about. I will absolutely be a returning customer anytime my car needs a good spa day. I feel I can guarantee that if you go here, you will NOT be disappointed! 🙌🚙❤️✨️🙌 **forgot to take some "after" pics of certain spots, and tried to sort the pictures in a "before and after" kind of way, didn't work out, BUT I feel like you can put 2 and 2 together and just see how awsome he did with everything.
