Gibson Brothers Detailing

Wow! TLDR: Pros: 1. Customer service - 5 Starts 2. Knowledgeable - 5 Starts 3. Price for value - 5 Starts 4. Cleanliness/Attention to detail - 5 Starts Cleaned inside and out (didn't pay for inside and just came home from a 2000km trip which just shows the care and personal touches) 5. Sooooo shiny! - 6 Starts Cons: I'll let you know if I find any. I'll start out by saying I'm not a car guy, but recently bought a used Mustang Mach-E and wanted to keep it in as good a condition as possible. I read online about applying a protective ceramic coating on the paint and found Rob's Business through a neighbour who has her cars detailed at Gibson Brothers Detailing. She gave me a glowing review of the work that Rob does. A quick look at the reviews on Google and I felt in good hands reaching out for a quote from Rob. Rob Had me bring the car in early to look over the car and set my expectations. He also took quite a bit of his own time on a Sunday evening explaining to me how the coating is applied, the level of care that he and his team would provide before the ceramic treatment and the level of care I could do to maintain the finish and protection after the application. It didn't come as a surprise today when I showed up to pick up the car and Rob was hiding my car from the rain in his own garage. (house next door). He again took some of his own time to explain to me the curing process, the care I should take on the first few days and again (with a demo on his own beautiful Corvette) how to clean and maintain this beautiful shine and shimmer moving forward! As I said I'm not a car guy, but I feel very proud of that pony right now, and so should Rob and his team as they did a FANTASTIC job. I'll try to keep the car as clean as it's been given back to me, but I know where to go when I'll need my next detailing. Cannot believe the amazing job you did on our old 2015 Subaru!!! It went from looking like a dirt bomb to Brand New again. Great place, so easy to deal with, and top customer service!

I’ll start by saying we have 3 kids and a large dog who spend a lot of time in our van. And with that comes eating kids. With that comes crumbs, lots of them, messes quite a few. The dog sheds ALOT. It was basically a van full of crumbs and fur 🙈 Rob told me it was in average condition- whew, not sure how honest he was though! Lol I can not say how happy I am with the job they did on the interior cleaning. I opened the door and said I have to take my shoes off! I can’t get in with dirty shoes! I did in the end but I really didn’t want to! It hadn’t been detailed in way too long- it’s like brand new inside! I am seriously shocked. I am now a customer for life and will recommend Gibsons’s to everyone! Thanks guys!!
