Nick was wonderful. I love in New Albany and drive by his shop all the time. I decided to give him a call when I needed my Impala cleaned out inside and outside. Nick had great customer service from day one on the phone until I picked up my car.

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately I was disappointed. He had my car for 19 hours and I don’t think much time was spent on my car. I specifically asked for the fabric around my window and buy my windshield to be cleaned and it was not.. my cup holder was filthy. Overall, it wasn’t worth the high price. It Wasn’t a detailed job. He did tell me to bring it in the following week to “finish” it, but I could not leave my car up there for at least another five hours.

Nick and his team did an amazing job on my 20 year old car. The exterior shines like new, the engine compartment looks like it's never seen the road and the interior is fresh and clean. There's no way I could have done this myself and I doubt 10 car washes could have come close to these results. My car is a pleasure to drive again. Thanks!
