Ken Barrett Collision Center

I took my Ford Fusion to Ken Barrett's after an encounter with a rather large deer. It was quite a bit of cosmetic damage as well as structural. Drivers door, left front fender, hood, headlight assembly, and front cover. I had to wait a bit initially to get the car in after the estimate late fall is a busy time for shops due to increased deer hits. When I did take it in they were great it wasn't long at all before I got it back. For many years I used to do my own work mechanical and some collision work on my vehicles. Having been able to do those things I am very particular about having someone else do the work. Ken Barrett's exceeded all my expectations. The fit of the parts was excellent good straight seams and alignment, the color match and paint work were first rate. The car looks better than when it rolled off the assembly line. They even detailed the interior. They are an exceptional high quality shop, with a professional and helpful staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.

This is a very professional repair shop. Additionally, people are polite, always happy to help, and honest, which are qualities I value very much. If something is wrong or missing they will tell you! You will not leave the place blind folded. So, I 100 percent recomend this place and hope they keep the good quality of their work and the nice customer service enviorment. Thank you for fixing my car! It looks like new.

I have no idea why I have such a hard time with this shop. On more than one occasion, I have had problems getting the work performed professionally, let alone performed at all. I have always recieved my car back with either, not done at all, or missing screws and fasteners, or, lights not working. They'll put you off for WEEKS, then ask : "When did you get this done again?" And try to make it seem like it's a new problem, and you're trying to get them to fix it after the fact. Use at your own risk, and CHECK THE WORK !
