I had an excellent experience getting my car detailed the staff was professional, and my vehicle looked brand new afterward. The service was quick and efficient, exceeding my expectations.

Absolutely loved the work Emad did on my car! Did PPF, Ceramic Coating and Ceramic Tinting and he quoted the best price in the area. He was really thorough and got into all the nooks and crannies. His obsession with perfection edges on OCD levels. That's how particular he is about doing spotless work. What really impressed me was his honesty and work ethics. He noticed a spot of painting come off on the side mirror that came off while he was trying to apply the PPF on it. He stopped it and waited for me to come in and explained the situation to me. I wouldn't have even noticed it, and they could have easily just left it. Again this is not his fault as it's the paint quality on the mirrors. I asked him to do a black wrap on it instead and he told me to come back when he gets the wrap. Went back after a month and when I went to pick up the car, he had REPLACED THE WHOLE SIDE MIRROR COVER with black ones!!! I was utterly surprised at this and I offered to pay him for it but he wouldn't take anything from me saying that it was a complimentary gift from him. Why did he replace them, because he said he couldn't do a good job on just wraping it!!!! If you ask me, Emad is the best in the Northeast. Did fantastic jobs for all my family and friends that I sent his way and provided excellent customer service every single time. Highly recommend!!! NOTE: Not all detailers wrap the PPF film around the edges of the panels because this is hard work and requires taking the panels off. Some of them use cutouts, which cause dirt around the edges making it look really bad after a while. Emad is one of the few who is a true professional when it comes to this.

One of the best service I have seen yet, attention to detail is on top level the costumer service is outstanding. They will do what needs to be done to make sure the costumer is a happy costumer. This is the only place I will take my car for detailing and ceramic coating. Great 👍👍👍
