Prime Powder Coating

I dropped off a railing and a door for powder coating. I called and left three messages that were never returned. I called the owner to explain that he should check his voicemail and that I had left three messages that no person bothered to return. He called me a liar and said that I had not left any messages. I explained to him that I was just trying to point out that if there was a problem with their automatic voice mail system that he should check it. I pointed out that if my clients left three voice mails that were never returned I would not be in business very long. He cursed at me and told me to call the office because he could not deal with me. I immediately called the office to try to get someone at the company to tell me when I could pick up my door and railings. Once again, I called and no one answered the phone. I immediately called the owner back and told him that no one answered the phone in the office. He confirmed that the number I called was correct. He then again, called me a liar, and said that ":All four of us are sitting right here in the office. You did not call." I am not used to being called a liar by a businessman whom I am paying to do a service for me. I am also not used to not having phone calls returned. In the construction business, communication is key. I do not recommend this company by any means, unless you enjoy dealing with people who curse at you for trying to get basic information about your order.

I have used Prime Restoration for a few personal projects; Patio Furniture, wheels, and my antique Snapper. Everything has turned out great! Cory and Charles have been very helpful on these projects. From color selection to finished product these guys really know their trade. The whole staff is personable and provided excellent communication throughout the process. The best part has been that everything has been finished before the estimated finish date. Anytime I have a sand blasting or powder coating project in Memphis, this will be the only place I go.

Worst phone system I've ever encountered in this business. At no point should I as a customer have to call a business 5 times back to back to back to back to back to press options 1 through 5 only for NOBODY to pick up DURING BUSINESS HOURS. You guys need an operator or a general line and have someone actually there to answer phones. This isn't the first day I've had this issue and as a customer I shouldn't have to fight through your garbage phone system to be able to get a body on the phone and nobody wants to drive 20+ miles to you guys if we can't even confirm you're in house. Please get your stuff together and do better. You guys do decent work but that really kills it for me. & before you guys reply back with "we're busy" busy means money, which means you can afford to pay someone to pick up the dang phone.
