Rahal Paint Protection

I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing a review so I could see how everything performed on my vehicle and be able to share better information. My experience working with Rahal was very positive overall. There were a couple of things that were miscommunicated and created a little confusion, but to their credit, they acknowledged that those things were not well handed off internally and they resolved any concerns to my satisfaction. I had them apply ceramic coating to the exterior and tint to all windows. It all turned out quite well, and now that I've driven it in the rain, the water really beads up well, and it stays very shiny. The window tint looks great, although there is one spot in the center of the windshield that has a small line in it that I wish wasn't there but also, I don't really think it is significant enough to complain about it to them. It's not in my line of sight while driving. All the people I worked with there were professional and polite. Their facility is very nice, clean, and well lit. I can recommend them as a good option for ceramic and tinting on your vehicle.

I expected a higher quality job for the price I was charged. I have windows with small bubbles and others with debris behind them. I asked about them upon delivery of the vehicle and the excuses came just as quick. Just to point out my car was Brand New as to why I wanted an exceptional job. The car couldn’t be any cleaner for them. Maybe if you drive a 100k vehicle you’ll get better service. IDK

They've window tinted multiple cars of mine with high quality ceramic tint. Recently had my C8 clear wrapped and wheels/calipers ceramic coated to cut down on cleanup of the notorious z51 brake dust. Had to remove and install a new hood decal once the film was done. They do excellent work, treat you professionally, communicate well. The shop is full of high-end cars getting worked on all the time; a testament to customers' trust and Rahal's reputation!
