Unprofessional. Do not recommend this car detailing service. Scheduled a wash on Dec 8 at 8am. I received a text 10 min past 8am that he would not be showing up due to an “emergency.” He was clearly not on the way and lied that he had an emergency in an effort to maintain his business. Nonetheless, he is unprofessional and does not value his clients time.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this mobile detailer. Honest guy, fair prices, and quality work. Most importantly, punctual and reliable. He's work on a few of my friends high end exotic cars and has kept them as regular clients since. Highly recommend Robert and his crew! I'll have to update a picture of his work soon - a before and after!
