Simon's Detailing

I recently bought a 2009 Cadillac Escalade and had a lot of swirl marks, light scratches and the paint didn't shine anymore due to the previous owner negligence. I called Simon's Shine Shop to set up and appointment to get that corrected as soon as possible. I got a paint correction, buffing,wax and sealant applied on the Escalade. At first they said it would take about 2 days to get that done but I talked to the guys that work there and they managed to get it done in ONE day! They detailed washed, clayed,buffed, waxed and placed a sealant all in one day. I am more than happy with the results. It is a little pricey but well worth it. The waiting area is really nice they even have a play area with lot of toys for your kids. I was planning on detailing and doing all that by myself but just havent had the time. I'm happy I found Simon's because I know they will get the job done and I can trust them. I will definitely be back with my other car (Passat) to get detail it. Really happy they brought my Escalade back to life!

This place is AMAZING and first class. The level of expertise and quality of services makes Simon's the best paint correction, detailing, and car wash provider in the city! My expectations were first exceeded when I met technician, Jose Luis, who thoroughly evaluated the car during a consultation, and educated me, instead of just selling me, on the paint correction and coating services I came in for. He also asked about and listened to the areas of the car I wanted him and his team to give special attention to. Ultimately, I wanted my Audi A5 convertible that I had just purchased used, to look brand new -- and they delivered! In addition to Jose Luis, Kristina (Client Relationship Manager) was also attentive and helpful. She guided me through the entire process, always with a smile, and she made sure to keep me posted on the status of my car. At pick up, I was impressed by not only how shiny and new my car looked but also by the owner, Jim. He's a terrific guy who takes pride in delivering outstanding services and values making his customers happy.

I recently did the PPF on my Tesla Y back in Jan of 23. I paid for the full front and the rear bumper ppf. I am very disappointed with their workmanship. Every time I washed the car , I have to really clean the edges of the ppf or it will leave a black dirts. If they could have add or stretch or add the ppf out a little longer you will not see the edge. The mirror ppf is a big disappointment too. The PPF covers half of the mirror and not tuck in. The rear bumper shows a lot of dirt and not properly installed. The outside edge is coming apart. I had an appointment today and they wanted me to sign a waiver paper so they are not responsible for paint damage if they used a heat gun. It is a brand new car and upon delivery of the new car I took it over for Simon Detailing to put the PPF. I ask to speak to the manager in charge , the counter girls said he is around the building and they don’t know where he is at. Later they said he is in the meeting. Finally, they say he is unavailable today. It seems like they are not being honest with me. If I was you I will not do the PPF here
