Slate Detail

The most outstanding detailing experience I have ever had! Punch Line: See my before and after pictures. Seeing is believing. I was referred to Slate Detail by a friend who had his car detailed there. He raved about their attention to detail and focus on doing things the right way. Brandon (the owner & detailer) is really an artist of car detailing!! He truly cares about his work. He is extremely professional and friendly and his knowledge of his craft is immense. My car was in pretty bad shape when I brought it to Slate Detail: It had not been detailed in years, the paint was dull, the leather was dirty and showing its age, and the oak tree I had parked under had covered it in pollen! Brandon seemed excited by the challenge, and after showing me to their air-conditioned, WiFi-enabled waiting area, he began working his magic. After curiosity got the better of me and I went outside to watch, Brandon happily explained every cleaner, wax, solution, and technique he was using. I was stunned by his attention to detail: going as far as polishing tiny areas of the car's body with a towel and one finger! No inch was left undone. Really nice guy that did a great job on my 2022 Kia K5. Showed up early for the appointment at my home and knocked out the Enhanced Slate package in about 3 hours. He then walked me through all the work he did and let me tell you, the difference between what he does and a regular car wash is astounding. All of my windows were streak-free, the paint on my car had a glow, and the leather seats had a beautifully conditioned look. Tires looked great as well. Will definitely have him clean my car every few months. Want to make sure my car looks great several years from now.

Got a detail as a birthday present. Convinced my mom to spring for the ceramic coating. She was skeptical but when she saw the finished product she was astounded by how good it looked. There was an issue with some swirling from the topper applied after the coating but I contacted Brandon about it and he was at my house by 10:00 a.m. the next morning to fix it. Now it looks absolutely perfect. He also gave me tips on how to keep it looking better and smelling better. A consummate professional. Believe the reviews and go with Slate
