Loved my experience here. I came because of all the reviews and I certainly was not disappointed. Total bonus that they are close to home. Brett was super easy to schedule and work with and very responsive when I needed. The team even had my car done earlier than expected. When I came to pick it up, Mike went over everything they did and helped me understand the wounds that would require more than a detail to fix. As a double bonus, Brett sent me these pics and a video of the detail which was super fun to watch and share. For reference, I got a level 1 interior and a level 2 exterior. Admittedly, this was my first professional car detail so I didn't know what to expect, but I'll just say, I can't stop looking at my car. Won't hesitate to come back. Thanks Brett & Mike!

Excellent service and excellent communication! My 6 year old 2018 Audi S4 had plenty of swirls and I wasn’t sure how to take care of it and I saw all the good reviews for this team. I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado and original owner. Since I owned it I have never had it detailed. Last time I washed it I noticed some scratches, so I decided to have it detailed. I called Steel City Auto Spa, spoke with Bret who over the phone seemed very professional. Set up an appointment and when I went to pick it up, it looked like it came out of a dealer show room.
