Top of the line service! They reached out to my insurance and got everything sorted out for me. Having a full windshield replacement the staff was quick and efficient did everything right, sensors were working very smooth process. Definitely recommend.

The windshield was replaced with quality glass, but the floor mats weren’t cleaned, the glass was not cleaned inside nor outside and from the improper installation of my passenger windshield cap cover, it broke in half while driving (only 45 minutes after picking it up from the shop) & the owner Luis came to see the damage and assured me they’d make it right. The part was ordered as promised & prior to having it installed, I made them aware that the other cap cover wasn’t properly installed and also needed to be fixed to prevent further damage. Thursday, a week after the original incident, the passenger cap was installed & blue painter tape was placed on the driver cap cover and said to leave it for 2 days. Seeing the tape I did not check the area myself believing it was fixed. I left Laredo the next day as I was only there for work. Friday, while stopped in San Antonio, I called and let Luis and the office know that the drivers cap cover was indeed not fixed and I’d need them to pay & have it fixed with the dealership. I spoke with Luis on the phone and he said he’d try to get someone to me in San Antonio because it’s a quick fix etc and would call me back with information if he found someone who could come in the time frame I was there. He never called back or messaged with any information. I left San Antonio with blue tape covering the cap hoping it would keep it attached. Monday, driving to South Dakota, in 36 MPH windy conditions, the driver side cap cover & blue tape detached from the vehicle and I had to stop to prevent it from falling all the way off. I immediately sent Luis pictures and videos and he called and asked me to put tape on it so the piece would not fly off or break and to send him my location when I arrived so he could get a tech to fix it (since it was such a quick fix thing). I reached my location and sent him the info the Wednesday morning (I arrived late). I was under the assumption he would get a mobile tech or someone to my location. Luis did find a company but it was 22 miles away from where I was located and due to prior obligations, I told him I would not be able to go and would keep my standing appointment at the Land Rover dealership the upcoming Thursday. He read the message & did not respond. I was on vacation & due to the time constraints I had with other paid obligations & ventures, I couldn’t make it there. I never asked for more than the part to be fixed & Luis agreed. There was no compensation given me for experiencing this ordeal, no offer to pay for my gas to drive that far & no consideration for the overall inconvenience of my time, etc. It was agreed Luis would pay for the cap cover to be fixed. I drove from South Dakota to Kansas City Missouri (technically Texas to Missouri & then Missouri to South Dakota) with a tapped up windshield cap cover that I had to reapply tape multiple times while driving to keep it from completely detaching. Today, Luis was aware the scheduled appointment was today and as of current, my truck is at the dealership being fixed and Luis had not answered or responded to my phone calls & text. Luis just called hours later and said he’s not going to pay anything now because I’m at the dealership having it fixed. The part is $241/ labor & tax total $485 that Luis said he would cover but now will not. This should have NEVER happened. I only asked damages caused by (his employees/himself) not doing it correctly the 1st & 2nd time (before it was a problem, as is now) to be covered. Things happen unfortunately and I understand that, but when they do, I expect them to be handled professionally & with integrity. A 3 week ordeal & still unresolved. This may not be everyone’s experience and I’m grateful that is true. However, when a problem does arise, you want a company that will handle things appropriately and this is not my experience. I’m writing this long review to warn those who choose to use Stop N Go for a SIMPLE windshield repair. CHECK ALL THE WORK AND YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. DO NOT TAKE ANYONES WORD.

The very best price in town. Ive got a 2025 Ram 1500 and was quoted $800-1200 for parts and labor BUT at Stop N Go autoglass i was given at $222 parts and labor. Very fast service too. I called the morning my window broke and had it replaced the next morning. They fit me in first thing. 100% recommend for any auto glass needs.
