Whenever I write reviews about a company its in the hope that they read it and address whatever problems I point out. It is virtually impossible to call STP and get a hold of a live person. Pretty much every time we call them its straight to voicemail. It doesn't matter which extension we dial, all go to voicemail. Customer service should really have a live person for a company of this size. Very frustrating.
