I cannot say enough positive things about "The BEST Detail". Super responsive, on time and a Very thorough job my car is just like new!! Ivan and Fernando did an amazing job, I will be back for thier services again. I highly recommend them.
NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, DO NOT RECOMMEND. RUINED MY HEADLINER. To start off, I wanted a deep cleaning after recently moving here. The cleaning itself did not meet my expectations and was not worth what I paid for. I could've done a better job myself. Secondly, after the cleaning was done I noticed that one of the detailers ruined my fabric headliner after being told not to clean it. When I contacted the boss about my concerns, he was very unprofessional and rude. He made assumptions that I was lying and asked for it. Please see before and after photos and texts from the boss.
I had a fantastic experience with The Best Detail! Ivan came out to detail my truck, and he did an amazing job. He was thorough, professional, and really made my vehicle look brand new again. On top of that, Peter was great with customer service. He handled everything smoothly and made sure any concerns I had were addressed quickly. The way they managed the whole situation was impressive, and I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I highly recommend The Best Detail for anyone looking for quality service and excellent customer care!
