David and his partner did a great job on my jeep. Although they came late to the appt, I was notified that they were backed up and I was ok with it since I was at work anyway. Very thorough with the clean. My only small nitpick would be the excessive use of the wheel and tire cleaner which is a preference that I like. I had to spread and wipe some of it off. Other than that, I would still use these guys again. 👍🏼

Very professional and efficient. I booked a Full Detailed package since I haven't wash my car in months. Pretty clean inside out, nice smell. They have a system after you book the service to check on arrival time, process, and provide before and after pictures. Best thing is that they will come to your address, no need to drive anywhere. Just need to unlock your car and all will be taken care of! You can communicate through the website without having to meet the team if you're busy working on something. Highly recommended!

The Union Auto was great. I am extremely protective of my car and who cleans it, so I was putting a lot of trust in this company to deliver. Marvin and his teammate were friendly, extremely detailed, and transparent about the process. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail on my car, even though I didn’t get the most expensive package! Marvin really took into consideration the spots I wanted the most focus on, and completely delivered with the results. This has completely stopped me from thinking about buying a new car! Shoutout to Diana also, there were some scheduling conflicts in the beginning but she handled it with professionalism, transparency, and kindness.
