The Wash Tub

I don't think I'm overly picky about my car wash but I'm definitely not happy when I get it home and have to wash it again myself. Spots and dirt still on the paint and windshield, half the windows had streaks and the others looked like they weren't touched at all, floor mats and plastic interior are still dirty, the back looked like it hadn't been touched at all, and they didn't even clean their own writing off of the window! Might not be the worst car wash I've ever paid for but definitely the worst from The Wash Tub. And its not like I got the cheapest option, I paid for the Ultimate wash which is their most expensive short of the ridiculously overly priced detail which costs nearly double the ultimate on top of having to pay for the actual wash. Edit: Changed to four stars because someone reached out from their customer service and made it nice. Wash was a 2 but service was a 5.

1st time coming to this location as I used to go to the Schertz Wash tub location before we moved. I very specifically asked for a detailed cleaning inside. I was told by a manager that their vacuum can only do certain things, which was a complete lie. Your employees can't grab a towel with windex to wash the inside window or the seat? I'm never coming back to this New Braunfels location. They were horrible.

Paid for the ultimate package my car is still dirty inside and out. The attendant was kind of rude also he didn't let us explain what we want and walked away.
