Coating Specialists

I was told it would take 3 days to power coat the time tie if my trailer. Turned out to take 3 months and I had to return once for their mistake and I was suppose to return a second time because they still didn’t do it right. I ask to speak to the owner and the manager told me that the owners would not want to speak to me and there for he refuse to give me their name and contact info. Worst business I had to deal with. I would not recommend them at all. He was rude, dishonest and couldn’t do the job correctly in a timely manner. And even got mean.

I own a local firarms customization business in town. Two weeks ago I dropped off a highly customized AR 15 to get hudrodipped for one of my repeat customers. 2 weeks later I called Coating Specialists "after having 3 prior calls go unreturned mind you" only to be told that no sir your order will not be ready for at least 2 more weeks. The receptionist was rude and unapologetic when I expressed my concerns. I will now be lucky to keep my client and not take a large financial hit on this project.
