Excellent powder coating, my parts came out excellent and the team really takes care of your stuff. Thank you again! Update, I've had my bumper powder coated in 2019, and its still holding up great! I'm actually impressed. Looks just as good as it did day 1. Thank you again.

I dropped a bumper off to get powder coated black Nov 4. It took 2 and a half days to get a quote, after that I talked with Melody the owner on a Wednesday and she said the bumper would be done Tuesday Nov 12 by the latest. I never recieved a call so I called the next Thursday and was told the bumper was being coated that day and I would receive a call in a day or two letting me know it's ready. Still never recieved a call so I called again myself one week later and was told the bumper was ready for pickup and I went that same day to pick it up on Nov 21. I was told 3-5 business days in the beginning and then almost 3 weeks later I was able to pick up my bumper. I wouldn't expect anything fast from them and I hope no one else has to deal with the customer service that I had to. Overall bad experience and would not recommend.

Called them to ask approximately how much it would cost to powder coat my utility trailer. One of the owners said to send them some pictures so they could give a more accurate quote. I sent in several pictures of my trailer from all different angles. Got a quote that sounded reasonable. Made the long drive to bring my trailer in to get it done. When I pulled up with my trailer and asked where to put it they all looked bewildered. It was the exact same trailer that just days before I sent multiple pictures of. One of the guys from the shop said gee we can't do anything with this and that it needed to be completely disassembled first and once it was all disassembled I needed to put my trailer on another trailer and bring it into them so they could begin the powder coating process. This is the first time I have ever had anything powder coated. I figured the process was similar to adding rhino lining to the bed of a truck and I certainly was not told here is your quote but you're going to need to take the tires, lights, wiring, wood deck, axles and practically everything else off of your trailer first. So basically I wasted a 5+hour round trip.
