Initially, the quality of the installation was average, with a few imperfections that needed addressing. However, when I brought this to their attention, Eddie, the manager, handled the issue with great professionalism. He ensured that the imperfections were fixed promptly and the final result was excellent. Eddie's responsibility and dedication to customer satisfaction were impressive. What a great experience at Idea First Motorsport. We initially called to get a quote on tints for all windows, which we were told a very fair price compared to other companies who were overcharging; once told the quote, we asked when we were able to come in and we were invited to come in the same day. That was incredible to hear since we could get it done sooner than expected. When we arrived, we were greeted by Eddie who helped us pick the best option for our vehicle and gave us a great deal. We had our dog with us, and were worried that he couldn't wait inside but were told it wasn't an issue and to bring him in. The job was done in a timely manner, and we're happy with the results.
