Mutual Detail

Don't take your car here--it will just give you a headache. I purchased an Amazon Local deal for half off a detail. And I can now see why they had to do an Amazon Local deal to get business. First of all, they would not communicate with me by phone, which is so much easier when you are trying to schedule an appointment and ask a bunch of questions. Then I had to schedule my appointment like a month in advance. The appointment confirmation was FULL of details, stipulations and rules that I had to follow in order to do business with them. Totally not customer friendly. At the last minute I decided to bring my husband's car to get detailed instead. I know this is my bad--I didn't call ahead of time to change the car. But he has a very small SUV, so I didn't think it would be a big deal. But apparently the voucher only covers sedans and small wagons, so I was going to have to pay more. I ended up not getting the detail and forfeiting the voucher. I also had to pay $6 for parking, because they are located in a parking garage and I was there for like 10 minutes. They opened late by the way. I would NOT recommend them. There are plenty of other details shops in Seattle that have better reviews and I'm sure have better customer service.

Very satisfied with my detail work done. I just scheduled another! Only reason its 4 stars is it is a little expensive, but if you only detail every now and then, its not bad.

I may be biased, because this business is in my normal parking garage, but these folks are great. I have a four year who tends to get more food in on my seat and the floor than she does in her mouth - these guys make me feel like I have new car. They're a little pricey (what good detail place isn't?), but worth every penny.
