If I could give them Less than ZERO I would. This Product is not worth the money. It lasted less than a year and their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Don't waste your money!

Customer service needs lots of help: Spoke to a lady named Jalisa and I asked her a question....silence. No "hold on one second" no "great question let me find out" just silence...then she comes back to tell me that she basically has no idea whats going on. More questions were asked, more uncertain answers were given. Finally got to her telling me "we don't control what amazon puts on their website" uhhhh yes you do if you sell through them. Over it.

Customer service doesn't follow through and warranty doesn't exist. I've been dealing with Mack. They don't honor the warranty. I spent good money on the ceramic pro. W warranty option. Long story short, they just directed me to local dealers in California none didn't know what to do next, all I got was to purchase the service all over again. What is being warranty?
