Parlor City Auto Spa

The outside of my car looked great. I was very happy with the amount of time taken on seat stains and freshing up my mats. However, I was disappointed that the one area I specially pointed out at drop off (the cup holder and area between the front seats) was not well attended to. I had to do some more cleaning of my own for that area and the steering wheel when I got home. I was also disappointed in the professionalism of the owner, who took significantly more time to do our car than advertised because he had unexpected company stop by. While he updated us, the updated time was wrong too. It made picking up the car difficult, requiring us to call in a favor and to drag our toddlers out unneeded. I would not recommend him to a friend.

I had several great experiences with Parlor City Auto Spa. Kyle, the owner, is great to work with and he took amazing care of my truck. He went above and beyond with my detail needs. I highly recommend placing your auto detail needs with him. 5/5 stars is an understatement!! Thank you, Kyle.

Parlor City Auto Spa is excellent!! Kyle went above and beyond to remove halo and swirl marks left by a local dealership when I took my truck to have some body work done. My black Silverado looks like it did when it came off the show room floor! Prices are beyond fair and reasonable. Will definitely go to Parlor City Auto Spa again!! Thanks Kyle!
