Tint Pros

I heard about Zafer through the grape vine and after reading his reviews I made my decision that this was where I wanted to take my car. It also helped he is the only one doing icon rocklear here in Cleveland. It was a bit of drag to find out it would take a month and a half to get my car in there. However, anyone that buys is doing something right. Took my car on the day my appointment was set. Up to that point and throughout the entire process the communication was stellar. It was like going to school when I dropped my car off as Zafer made sure to explain the tint options and go over how the icon actually protects the car. He's a master of his craft and customer service is beyond what anyone would expect. I'm taking my van to tinted when he's available. I will take all my vehicles to Zafer moving forward and recommend him to anyone who ask if I know someone who does what offers. If you're reading this review please stop and call Zafer now cause he's going to have a waiting list and he is the guy you want working on your car.

Every awesome review I read about Zafer previously is absolutely true. It's no longer hearsay for me, I know it to be true for myself. And not only is the work itself competent and professional, but his spirit made the experience that much more enjoyable. He's passionate, informed, and patient with customers taking time to answer questions and explain everything in great detail. I received 3M window tint, clear bra, and Icon Rocklear all over my new car. And not only will I plan to use his services again in the future, but I will strongly recommend him to all people. Salute to Zafer!!

I was really impressed with the work done on my new 2020 Tesla Model 3. This is the first car that I've had windows tinted, a clear bra or ceramic coating done on and Zafer did all 3 for me. He was very personable and honest with me about every aspect of the process and sent me update pictures everyday. He accurately predicted when my car would be ready and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Tint Pros without hesitation.
