Talk about miracle of miracles! My 20 year old car would look brand new if it wasn't for the 20 years of dents and scrapes! Michael responded to me VERY quickly when I requested a quote through Yelp, and they had availability early the next morning. They were patient with the fact that my brand new phone was on silent so I was unaware they had arrived! My car wasn't cleaned out in preparation, so though I was very embarrassed, Michael kindly helped me clean out the mess. Michael and his team were completely professional. They were safe according to COVID needs, worked promptly and worked hard. I got the full interior, the full exterior, wheel detail, engine detail, and air vent steaming. Let me tell you how beautiful my car looks!!! I'm so happy with Michael and his services. I will definitely call upon him again for more services in future. I've since driven her between the detailing and these photos so there's a slight layer of pollen, but you can see the results!!!

Update: Mike reached out and expressed that he wanted to make things right. A stand up guy with a stand up team. He reimbursed me for a new air filter and corrected any issues or we talked out what they did. I truly appreciate what they do at XLNC Auto Beauty and that they wanted to make sure I was happy. Original Post: Got the burning man special (with engine bay clean) on my truck. I was nervous about the playa dust being corrosive and decreasing the life of my vehicle. Overall the truck was returned much cleaner and I would hope that the dust/mud was neutralized. A couple improvement points or unfortunate areas were the following: My K&N air filter must have been hit with high pressure during the cleaning as part of the filter appears to be blasted away (will be purchasing a new one now, which is not cheap). Steering wheel and shifting column could have been gone over again as there was residual grime. Underside of the truck was not washed and since I am still concerned about rust/corrosion I will be taking it to a self wash to get that done. Couple rags were left after cleaning (one in the truck and another in the engine bay). Overall the people were very nice and this is the cleanest my truck has been in a long time. There standard cleaning/detailing prices seem fair, but I did expect a bit better with the higher price I paid.

I brought my 2006 Lexus RX400h in for some love. NYC streets were rough on the paint job. It took longer than anticipated for the buff & wax work, but that's not a complaint! Mike was super attentive to the job at hand. Tons of sun damage, oxidation and scratches (superficial and deep). When he finished the job the mirror reflection was impressive! The deep scratches & heavy sun damage could not be addressed, but the old lady's got sparkle! Plus Mike is an all around good guy! I'll be a repeat customer 😎
