Took my new car here to get the icon rocklear coating and tint package, Logan took care of us an accommodated us is every way. Hes very knowledgeable about the products and he even came in on his day off so we can pick up our car on time. The car looks fantastic, and we are happy with the service we got. Customer service A+.
I recently 8/30/24 took in a car that was purchased for my daughters birthday to have the windows tinted to complete her birthday gift so that we could give to her the next morning. Logan helped us with this and he provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the types and quality of the tints they used and which ones would give the desired look and appearance we were looking for with this car. When we picked up the car it was absolutely amazing we were very pleased with choosing to go with WestCoast Car Audio & Tint of Elk Grove, and the look of happiness on our daughters face to see her car not looking like a fish bowl as cars without tinted windows are called this she says definitely let's is know we made the right choice coming here. They have excellent prices and deals and do great clean professional work. I will definitely continue to bring all my vehicles here for tinting and audio needs in the future.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I called several times before I made my actual appointment to get quotes. Each phone conversation was very professional and helpful. The store is clean and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. They took the time to show me how to use my new car play screen I had installed. Our experience was so wonderful my husband decided to install a camera in his truck as well!
